Thank you for the driver. The problem is solved now and we can test the VPN :)

Still struggling with this product

Oct 23 05 1:35 am

I'm still unable to get a connection. Done most if not all of the things suggested, my remote network shows all machines as not accessible and also behind NAT. Both ends are running XP Pro both are via routers, DSL504T and DI-624+. If I come in one diorection I get remote host timed out, in the other I get the messages as above. I can connect outwards with the test VPN at Qbik.

I'm running out of trial period rapidly. Had lots of problems with my network at one point because Wingate set itself up as a DHCP server. Also very nervous about switching off firewall on router.

I've followed instructions on www.portforward.com.

My customer (for whom I'm trying this out) is also about out of patience as am I. Any chance of these mythical drivers?

Any advice please.

Hi Orazio,

This forum thread is from 2005. The driver mentioned in this thread is no longer relevant as it was integrated with the main release shortly after the problem was identified.

The problem you are experiencing is likely to be a configuration issue. Did you try suggestions made in the first few posts of this thread?

- Make sure each network participating in the VPN is on a unique subnet, different from the rest of the VPN participants
- Make sure the firewalls on the computers which cannot be accessed are not blocking traffic from the other networks joined to the VPN

If you are still having problems, could you provide a description of the problem which you are experiencing.
