connecting 2 remote offices

please i plan to buy the software to make network resources available in 2 remote office.
however the offices do not have live IP but dynamic IPs assigned by the ISP
would the system work? i need to know before i make the order

In the office that would be assigned the role of the WinGate VPN Host, you would either need a static ip address assigned by their ISP, or use a Dynamic DNS Service
