Heres an example configuration using the Existing WWW Proxy on port 80, you may want to create a new WWW Proxy Service and let it listen on 8080 so you will have seperate log files from your internal LANs proxy usage.

You will then want to check in ENS's Port Securtiy if the port mapping was made automatically for you; if not, manually add one in..

Please note that if you do this and don't create policies to limit access to your proxy, anyone on the internet can bounce off your proxy. If you pay for bandwidth you will be charged for the extra usage, and if the anonymous users are up to no good you may find yourself banned as an open proxy.

It's really not such a good idea.
