OS requirement

I don't see minimum requirements listed anywhere. Can the VPN Server be a desktop machine running Windows XP or does the server require a server OS? Is there any way to get around the requirement for static IP address on the server?

Wingate VPN runs on any OS from Winodws 95 - it does not require server OS.

You can use a dynamic DNS service to work around the static IP scenario.
