What network cards is necessary to VPN Wingate Server ?

I have one network cards for Server Domain Controller and Wingate VPN

It's necessary two network card for configuration ? Don't possible the configuration VPN with one network card ? My internet gateway have two network card where I be mapped ports 809 UDP and TCP to Wingate VPN Server (The Wingate VPN Server is also Domain Controller have one network card).
