Why no support or answers to questions???

Why is it that only five of the fifteen posts of the past two weeks have any answers? I thought this was a forum to provide support and answers for people who have bought the VPN software but who are having problems. Is that an incorrect idea?

Two weeks ago, I posted here saying that my working VPN installation had been broken by upgrading to the most recent version. I have not heard a peep from anyone in customer support, nor from any other user. Are there, in fact, any answers and support available? Or, are we just on our own to stumble through any technical problems?

I would think that the programmers would be very interested in reports that their upgrade was breaking the working program.

Am I going to be forced to un-install the software and re-install the old version? That is my next step unless I can get some answers here.
