A client of mine has uninstalled wingate VPN client on a few of their machines without deactivating the licenses, and ... yeah reininstalled the client software but can not activate a licence to join the VPN.
What is the procedure to sort this (their) mess out?

Hi
We need to just be able to find their licences so we can deactivate them.
Can they send a support ticket to
sales@wingate.com, requesting deactivation. They will need their licence keys or IDs. Or some information we can use to find their orders.
