NetPatrol Trial - Bluescreen

I want to try the NetPatrol demo, but every machine I install it on bluescreens. I've seen messages about an updated driver being emailed out - why isn't the download updated to include this? At this point, I can't try out the software because of the bluescreens.

windows xp profesional sp2 is now installed

I need too for windows 2003 and windows 2000 server

I just downloaded the trial last week (9/12/08) and am experiencing the blue screen problem on Windows XP SP3. Should the download contain the latest driver discussed above?

the error is with qbikids.sys causing a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL stop error

I am trying to test netpatrol with wingate and the anti virus. Netpatrol has been giving me the same bluescreen error with the irq message. Is there a driver that can fix this on winxp and windows 2003? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Now I'm getting the BSOD as well. Silly me, I installed the software prior to reading up about it on the user forums, expecting it to work as described. It's worth asking, why hasn't this driver issue been addressed and the installer updated???
