With KAV and Puresight plug-in I can't resume downloads!

I have Wingate 6.0.1.995 with KAV and Puresight plug-ins.
I noticed that enabling those plug-ins to be used with www proxy service i can't resume downloads...

Is it normal?

Correct, yes. The plugin architecture blocks HTTP Restarts (HTTP/1.1) to prevent people from downloading a virus accidentally. Because the virus can come in, split across two chunks where you restarted it, the antivirus scanners might not pick up on it.

This should generally only affect sites that use "Range" or "If-Range" tags when making their requests.
