virus files still getttin in!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I have wingate 5.0.7 installed, and i installed the anti virus plug in, it all worked fine. When i think installed a licence for wingate, it has stopped working. Is there an easy way to resolve this, it seems a bit crazy to me that an antivirus checker can be working anf then suddenly stops.....

Which antivirus plugin did you install ? Kaspersky AntiVirus for WinGate or VisNetic AntiVirus ?

If it is Kaspersky, you need to be running WinGate 5.1 or later. Things to check would be:

(a) That the plugin is showing up as licensed
(b) That the plugin itself has the required options set (For what you want to scan)
(c) That the plugin is enabled on the appropriate services (WWW, SMTP, etc.)
(d) That you have users assigned to the plugin
(e) That you have the latest antivirus definitions downloaded
