Problem with license

Hello,

we have a customer with a license problem in Wingate/Gatekeeper.

He enters the license name and key and the program displays:

"The license you have entered cannot be matched to a license handler. If you are registering a plugin license, please ensure that the plugin has been installed. If you are NOT registering a plugin, the license you have been given is invalid".

But the license key is correct. If you provide me an e-mail address from your staff, i can pass you a file with all screenshots, including license name, key and more.

Hi,

I've sent you a key file, please copy it to \WinGate\plugins\Kaspersky, you may have to delete the old key file that is in there first.

This key is the Kaspersky key that they license to us, it is not the license that you purchased therefore there is no charge to renew this key. We will be posting this key on the website soon for all Kaspersky customers to use.

I sent you the key again, you might like to check that your spam or AV filter didn't block the email because of the attachment, I sent you the email yesterday at 8:13 our time.

I have copied it as requested but nothing appears to have happened.
It still shows as a trial licence and it doesn't appear in the help/licences box

Hi Jackie,

If your key is showing as a trial license then you have a different problem. Have you entered the license key that you received from us when you purchased your Kaspersky subscription? If you look in the license manager do you see the license that you purchased or the trial license? If it's the trial license then can you copy in the purchased license?
