Server protection

Hello

I want to know if kapersky AV protects the whole server on wich it is runnig or only internet traffic ?

Do I need another Antivirus software on my wingate server or is ok with KAV ?

Hi

Kaspersky AV for WinGate is designed primarily to protect traffic going through WinGate, rather than a server.

Having said that though, you can manually use it to scan a drive within GateKeeper, open Kaspersky AV, and there's a quickscan option.
