Long delay before downloading files

Hi! I've got a problem with new version of WinGate[6]+KAV[2] with file download: when I click a link to a file I have to wait for a long time (few minutes to some hours depending on file size) before my browser offers me to save this file. When KAV is turned off for web-proxy this doesn't happen. Does someone know how to get rid of this delay without switching off KAV? Please help!

PS Earlier versions of WG and KAV did not delay downloading...

I guess I found: Service properties -> Plug-Ins -> Drip-feed data...
