Kaspersky license file expired

Nov 17 09 7:02 am

One of my clients had both email and brower internet access blocked today by Kaspersky. When I checked it said the
Kaspersky license file had expired. However, their licence doesn't expire until April 2010. I downloaded the latest key and fixed the expiry problem.

Now the problem is that Kapersky has quarantined all their emails over the weekend and today.

Is there any technique to automatically recover and resend the 100 or so emails for different users that are quarantined? I know that releasing them doesn't do much of anything.

Is there a way to automatically smtp them back to their original destination?

Is WinGate the mail host, or is it just acting as a POP3 Proxy for the clients?

If WinGate is hosting the mail, then releasing the quarantined emails will move them to their respective users mailbox where they can be collected.

If the clients are just connecting through POP3 proxy for KAV scanning, then there's no easy way to recover the emails. You need to recover the emails from the quarantine and deliver them by hand.
