Unexpected failure scanning... Please help!

After Kaspersky AV for WinGate setup users started getting this message on all web sites and cannot get mail
Unexpected failure scanning (http://www.website.com/)
Win2003 standard server with AUTOMATIC UPDATE, wingate 6.0.4.1025
I did not find the answer on this forum

Hi

When did you install this Kaspersky AV for WinGate plugin?

Did you download the updated Kaspersky Labs key file from http://www.wingate.com/download.php? You would need to follow the link for Kaspersky AntiVirus for WinGate, then choose the key file.

I did install it about 5-7 days ago. And I downloaded updated key from your site - no change. :( All the same. I do not know what to do. Cracked versions worked fine - that's really fun! :(

Do any errors show up in the Kaspersky Plugin user interface?

No. Everithing seems to be ok. But errors occur. Maybe there is a conflict with latest windows updates? Is it possible?

Hi

I suggest trying the latest version we just released. It has a much newer version of Kaspersky Labs' SDK in it.

You will need to upgrade WinGate as well to use it, but that is a recommended upgrade as well.
