Installation problem

Postby jose » Nov 13 03 7:09 am

I had installed wingate 5.1 and kaspersky antivirus over wingate 5.0.2 and the AV antivirus.

The process was , first I installed wingate 5.1 over wingate 5.0.2, then when I tried to install karsperky antivirus a message told me that there could be some compatibility problems with the AV antivirus , so I decided to uninstall the old version before install the new one. Also I put in the karsperski folder a file with the key license (is not a trial version)

I done , an everything seems to work , but every time the server start up (windows 2000 server) a message appear on the system message tab and it says this
Object:Licence Manager
Time: 11-Nov-2003 21:17:10
Message ID: 0000
Description: The license for AntiVirus has expired or is invalid. AntiVirus functionality will not be available

But the antivirus seems to work (the eicar test works OK). Its possible that the wingate is detecting the old antivirus, or a part of it , and this message is about the AV antivirus? How can I solve this?

Thanks for your answer
jose
