Please help! KAV 2.0 not work!

Why after update on WG 6.1 KAV 2.0 and after reactivates keys, WG writes that the license has expired and KAV does not work? In log KAV writes: Your Qbik issued license will expire before the Kaspersky AntiVirus Engine key-file. It is recommended that you update this key file with a newer one.

In Qbik License Viewer write:
EXPIRY: This subscription expires on Thu, 29 June 2006.
After that time, if you wish to continue using this product, you will need to renew your subscription.
SUPPORT: For product support contact your local Qbik dealer, or click here

Was this an install over a previous version?

I'm wondering if it isn't picking up the new key.

we ship a .key file with Kaspersky AV 2, which should be good for quite a while yet. However if it is using the old one there may be a problem.

Can you see how many .key files you have in the \Plugins\Kaspersky AntiVirus folder you have? delete all but the one with the most recent date.

If that doesn't work, you should go to www.wingate.com/download.php, select Kaspersky AntiVirus for WinGate, click on the download link for the updated Kaspersky Labs file, delete all others, and place the downloaded one in your \Plugins\Kaspersky AntiVirus folder.
