Key activation problems

I upgraded to WG 6.1, but my KAV license won't activiate. Error says "Your license cannot be activiated. This is an expired license". I don't think my license has expired, but it may have. How do I check? If it is not expired, how do I fix? I already tried the trick of copying the downloaded key to my KAV sub-dir. Thanks, Steve
