KAV returned a failure code... not work!

hi, I'd installed the KAV 2.0 on wingate 6.1 but not work.
In the system messages return the error:

'the plugin returned a failure code to the start function. The plugin will be unavailable...'

Was this an upgrade from a previous version of KAV?

Try uninstalling then reinstalling KAV. We have had a couple of issues with some upgrade paths.
