1. I presume you are using the full version of WinGate and not the WinGateVPN Only version.
2. I presume you are using WinGate 6.1.4 and KAV 2.0.1
3. Are there any extra details of the problem shown in the location below
4. If you are still having problems, you may need to download the .key file from the KAV download section of WinGate.com:

*Save it to the Kaspersky AntiVirus for WinGate directory
5. Have you imported a registry into your installation?
