can't access control tab of Visnetic plugin in gatekeep

I have install Visnetic as Wingate plug-in. Install successful.
BUt I can't access Visnetic control tab when I press Antivirus button, I get appear box inform The Visnetic Antivirus engine hasbeen installed instead control tab,
Any suggestion ?

By any reason, wingate not accept AV visnetic plug-in cliense, cause AV control tab not appear when I press.
I had to checked in License under Help menu and discovery there is no AV license detect.
After I delete old key in Registration tab of AV plug-in and add new, it's work.

Sorry for ask some stupid question here
