Final synopsis is that something went wrong with the recent Wingate release and PureSight. I've got "playboy" as a banned URL word and the first time you try
www.playboy.com it comes through loud and clear. The second time it gets blocked. I reverted back to version 5.2.2 and it blocks on all trys as well as images.google.com in many more cases than it was under 6.X. It's functioning exactly as expected.
