non english sites blocking

HI, I'm an italian licensed user of wingate 6. I installed latest puresight version, but no italian site has been blocked unless i entered it on the black list.
do you know where i can find an exhaustive black list for non english sites, and especially for italian ones?

Either:
1. Do your users use proxies?
2. If they use NAT or WGIC instead, are intercepts turned on for port 80 in the WWW Proxy service?
