Can ACR be turned off?

I'd like to use the list filtering for gambling and sex, but I'd like to turn off ACR...no need to waste CPU cycles on a technology of dubious accuracy. I've used ACR in 6.0.x with too many false positives at lower settings and even at the higher settings many sex sites are not blocked. Since ACR doesn't seem to work well enough to justify its use, I'd like to turn it off to save CPU cycles. How can I turn it off, but leave list filtering on? Thanks, Steve

That is not possible with the current release. Good idea for a future one though.
