Hello!
We bought a Puresight in Nov.2004. Now, when I install a new version, she shows: your license cannot be activated, the subscription license has already expired.
So, what I must do? And how much it costs?

Hi,

You should be able to renew the subscription. If you go to our purchase page and select Renewals/Upgrades and enter your PureSight license details you'll see the upgrade options and their prices.

Please note that we are only selling PureSight version 2 licenses now which require you to run PureSight version 2. PureSight version 2 will only run with WinGate 6.1 and above so you'll need to upgrade WinGate to the latest version. You DO NOT need to upgrade your WinGate license to run the latest version though.
