PureSight, Email and language support

I'm using PureSight filtering on Wingate POP proxy to filter out sexual related email spam.
However, PureSight does not handle the Norwegian language, and often incorrectly blocks norwegian email.

Is there a way to allow specific email addresses or a domain?
I tried entering email addresses in the allow list but that didn't work.

We are considering not allowing PureSight to be bound to email, since it seems on further inspection to be mainly designed for HTML content (web), not email. The reason it often seems to work on email, is that more and more often these days, email is sent as HTML, but PureSight for WinGate doesn't really handle non-HTML mail.

We will have a look at what would be required to support an email whitelist.
