Sites being categorized incorrectly

Postby JackD » Feb 13 14 2:37 am

Hello,

I installed PureSight trial yesterday to block sites in the "sex" category. Some users are reporting that www.msn.com is being categorized as "sex" and being blocked. I deleted the user's cookies and was then able to access the site, however, it's now being blocked again. Is there a way to whitelist certain sites?

Thanks

Hi

any site you classify with the manual classifier will override the PureSight classifications.

I wonder if some embedded resource in the msn page was being classified, causing the whole page to get that category (if msn.com isn't categorised to start with).
