puresight gui

ok, puresight is installed and seems to be working, ie: if I try to go to cnn.com the site is blocked.
how do I get to the puresight gui to configure it? I have been reading through the forum and I seem to be missing something. I dont see any sliders or configuration pages for the plugin at all.
