Hi

We will look into this, in the mean time, you can achieve the same by instead of using the allow list in PureSight, use the policies in the WWW Proxy.

Go to the policy tab on the WWW Proxy, select at the bottom "default policies must also be granted", then add a recipient Everyone, may be guest (this doesn't matter as your system policies will mandate that the user is authenticated) and in the advanced request portion, add two filters, each with one criterion, the first one being "server name contains yahoo.com" and the second one being the same but for hotmail.com

The primary purpose of the allow list is to allow false positives to be shown to your users. If you add a series of pages to the allow list they will be available.

There is currently not a way to perform a blanket ban on all pages, but like Adrien suggested, that is best achieved through the service policy setup. That way, you lose the additional overhead of communicating with the remote server (Some of it at least) and the overhead of communicating with the plugin.

Blanket ban ?
I have a blanket ban

Just ban '.'

All sites are then banned unless explicitly allowed
This is the way it is working for me despite contradictary comments in the forums here

That's a very clever way of doing it ! Nice one.
