port 443 block

I have installed puresight 2.0 on my win 2003 server. since then no computer on my network including the server is able to visit any secure site(port 443).

even after i have uninstalled puresight.
i need help please

1. Confirm that there are no System Messages in WinGate when you try to make an HTTPS request; if there is then let us know the error message.
GateKeeper --> View menu --> System Messages.

2. If your LAN Clients have the WWW Proxy Server specified in their Internet Explorer settings, then please also check that the same proxy is being used for "Secure".
Internet Explorer --> Tools menu --> Internet Options --> Connections tab --> LAN Settings --> Advanced.

3. Confirm that you are not intercepting Port 443 in:
GateKeeper --> WWW Proxy Server --> Sessions

4. The latest version of WinGate is 6.2.0.

I found the problem out puresight has nothing to do with it.
