Slow internet connection

Dear adrien

I am facing this issue from past week. users are not getting internet who are connected from wingate server when i look on server on user activity windows i can only HTTP:// .................... please check below image ... users having direct connection are not facing any issue of internet ... Please look in to this matter ASAP.

i have check dns also its working fine and after few min (15-30) everything works fine ......... but again comes with same problem randomly.

HI

did you try restarting WinGate?

Some newer browsers commonly make connection to the proxy without sending a request (to save time later, so they can get quicker page loads), so it's normal to see hanging requests with just http://

Do any requests get through at all?

Dear sir

I have restarted win gate many time but it dose not solve my problem, and wingate not resolve any user request .In activity window all user get HTTP:// .....but after some time (10-20min ) everything works fine .

Please help me out .....

Hi

sounds like we should probably have a look at your server (maybe a DNS issue - e.g. using a bad server).

If you submit a support ticket at http://support.qbik.com we can have a look at it for you. We normally recommend Teamviewer for this.
