Lumen install fails

We have a new install of Wingate. added sms and lumen. Sms installed fine but lumen keeps failing to install. Error exit code 5.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi

error 5 is "access denied". Are you using an administrative account, or are there restrictions on the destination folder?
