Guys,

You sure that your new license activation is working properly.

I know that I bought a 6 user proffessional license just around the time you revamped things in V5.

According to me, I should therefor be on a pro license with V6 and should have the ability to use the system commands (through cmd.exe) but since I activated my key, that option has disappeared from the menus.

Can you check this out please.

That should be available - it's a Pro + Enterprise feature. Have you closed GateKeeper and re-opened it after applying the license ?

Hi,

I have rebooted, never mind started/stopped gatekeeper.

The license shows as a 5.X 6 User Pro. Since there has been no suggested charge from an upgrade form 5.X to 6, I assumme you would allocated me a V6 6 user pro.

That being the case, then the command shell is definately not on the menu. You should have my details on your license server, can you please check for me.

If you go into License Management, and select your activated version 5.x license, it should tell you if it upgraded you to version 6, either because your 5.x license was purchased after 1 April 2004, or you have a current upgrade protection policy.

If neither of these is the case, it should display that you are running with reduced features relevant to a version 5 license.
