cant connect ftp sites through wingate

I have wingate 4.5.0 and i cant go through any ftp site from my clients, there are no restrictions on the service, cant anyone tell me what happend.

What errors do you see when your clients try and FTP?

When they are trying to use FTP, are they doing this in a browser, e.g. internet explorer, or in an FTP application?

Do you see any activity in GateKeeper when your clients try and access FTP?

No nothing happens, on wingate no errors.

The clients use i.explorer and dont let the people connect to the site.
