Two Wingate icons in Systray

Hi,

I installed and licensed Wingate6x today, I used 5x previously so here's what I did:

1. Uninstalled Wingate 5x
2. Rebooted
3. Made sure there were no leftover files from 5x
4. Installed Wingate 6x
5. Rebooted

Now, I got two Wingate icons in the systray, one looks like two computers with a tiny connection between them, the other looks like a computer with a globe behind it. Is there supposed to be two Wingate icons there?

Hi,

Yes, one is Wingate engine monitor and the other is VPN monitor, if you don't need the VPN [and not every one does] locate & delete the icon in your startup folder branch from the Start menu.
