Limited client access after upgrade to ver 6.

Hi,

I brought Wingate ver 5.x user unlimited but once I've upgraded to ver 6, maximum allow 4 person access ONLY. Error message on web browser is HTTP 403 (Forbidden). You are not authorized to view this page.

Please help Urgently. Thanks.

Is this with the latest version 6.0.3?

Did you have any issues activating your previous license, or are you running a trial activation?

we haven't had any reports of this before.

Do you get log entries in the WWW Proxy saying "license violation"?
