No VPN to Host tab

I do not see the "VPN to Host tab" so I can not export my configuration as the instructions say. These instructions are out of date and I can not find anything to tell me how to get this set up. Please help!!

If you double click VPN entry in gatekeeper, you will be presented with VPN properties dialog. On the left side of it there is a list of configurable entries, the first one being "VPNs to host".
