Alright here it is i can connect if i use my wireless internet on my laptop to connect to the router which is connected to my server. (big suprise) but i can not establish a connection if i us my pc aircard to log on to the internet. i have set up 2 host 1 internal IP 2 external IP niether work. on the laptop I set the air card to be used by gatekeeper and put it to the top of the list. now with the external ip address if i try to connect to it when i am withen range of my wireless network it will not connect it says "connection refused by remote host"

Sorry, I'm not really following what you're trying to do, could you explain it again?
You have a latop on the LAN that is trying to connect through WinGate to the internet, is that right?
Are you running WinGate or the WinGate VPN? Are you trying to make a VPN connection to the WinGate VPN server?
