I've followed your example but it doesn't block the user with the specified mac address I used. I double-checked the value but it's not working. Can you explain more sir?

1. How do the clients connect to WinGate? NAT / WinGate Internet Client (WGIC) / Proxies?

by NAT sir, I just followed the illustration you gave earlier. BTW, under my port security I enabled port 80 to be intercepted by Proxy Server, does this mean I am using outright Proxy? Earlier I placed it in NAT policies.

In the Extended Network Driver property sheet, make sure you have default rights set to "Must also be Granted"

In The WWW Proxy Service, add the same policy that I instructed to place in the Extended Networking service, make sure you have default rights set to "Must also be Granted"

I was just illustrating an example. Perhaps you may just want to use a system policy to block the Clients MAC address to every service.

What about NetBIOS name? I want to block a user with a NetBIOS named "Lifebook-s6130" who sometimes uses other person's ip address in my network. Please specify the best method to do this.
