ZoneAlarm Security Suite as Filter

I have ZoneAlarm Security Suite 5.5.094 and WinGate 6.0.4 installed on the same machine. If I browse for a page that is blocked by ZoneAlarm's web filtering from the server then the site is blocked, but if I browse for it from a client PC then it is not blocked.
This type of content filtering was working with NIS, but that proved slow and unstable. What do I need to do to get things working here?

Just a thought - Are your clients using the WWW proxy service either directly or is Transparent Intercept enabled on this service?
