If you are still having problems...
When Windows XP gets an error and automatically restarts, it usually created a mini memory dump file. This file can be interpreted by our programmers to help isolate this issue.
To find the file, do a search for *.dmp and locate the one with the relevant date/time for the restarts. Attach it to a support ticket with an update on your problem, and a reference to this forum post. A new support ticket can be created here:

There is a fix for the ***Realtek 8029 network card. If you have that card, try the following solution. Navigate to (Windows) Start menu --> Programs --> WinGate --> Advanced Options --> Hardware Specific ... and tick the 8029 check box. You may be required to do this in safe mode.
***An easy way to find out if you are running the Realtek 8029 network interface card, is to use the ipconfig tool:
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all
Your type of network card will be displayed in the "Description" field.
