PHPBB Forums And Wingate

hi

i have a problem around phpbb forums and wingate

when 2 or more people use the same phpbb forum from our wingate server and you log into the forum often you will find the forum logs you in as another person or when you arrive at the forum you sometimes find you are already logged in as someone else

i have set the wingate server to clear the cache of these forums but that does not help
