Wingate 6.0.4 Ban List

Iam havving somo problems configuring the ban list. Where does the Ban list works better??

1-in TAB users------system policies?
2-in TAB services------www.proxy server?
3-in TAB system----extended networking----policies

Another problem...I want to block the site "www.clix.pt" (portugal) and i did this way: in BAN list...server name contains "clix" and it worked...but in other sites doesnt work...i dont know why..

is the problem with the contry?? pt(portugal) or when its ".com" ??

another problem:
IMPORTANT: when i see the site in navigation of users and i use the righ button mouse to "ban server....exemple.com" the win gate crashes and close...

Which version of WinGate are you running? We haven't heard of version 6 closing itself, if you're not running version 6 can you please upgrade?

You're probably best creating ban lists in the advanced tab of the WWW proxy service policies menu.

Instead of using Server name in your policy, try HTTP URL; contains; clix;
