1. What connection method do they use / is available? NAT / WGIC / Proxy / Intercepts / Combination?
2. Do you have any plugins?
3. What are your clinets experiencing when they try to watch via MMS?

1. they use proxy server.
2. Kaspersky antivirus and Puresight Plugin (Trial).
3. When they try to watch mms streaming video, Windows media Player showed error "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available. Verify that you are connected to the network and that your proxy settings are correct."

Ok, so they only have the proxy server connection method available and there are no intercepts. Thanks for that information.

1. Try creating a new WWW Proxy and remove the KAV plugin from the Plugins page, then set your Windows Meida Player to use that proxy; how does that go?
2. If you are accessing websites via mms://xxx.xxx.com; you will want to use a different connection method, like NAT. Some information on how to get NAT going is available from here

For the 1st option, it doesn't work.

But for the 2nd option, it works when i create tcp mapping services for some mms sites but not works for some others (i have tried to map the port to 1755 and 554). don't know why.

does it need to create a seperate tcp mapping service for each mms server?

Regards.
