problem with NAT

Dear sir i'm using wingate NAT and i want to ban some sites i enable the intersepts option in the proxy service and make a ban list but still the client access the restricts sites but when i put a proxy for client the clients can't access the sites liste it in the ban list any help please.

Hi

when you use interception, do you see the requests show up in GateKeeper activity as http://some URLS?

Normally interception works fine, however you need to specify the port numbers you wish to intercept (in previous versions it was simply an on-off setting, but now you can specify multiple ports, but you need to add them).

hello again and thanks for ur reply first i don't see any http:\\ just
NAT with the server ips and i add the port 80 and 8080 and 1080 and 8082 and isn't work.
any comment plz.

Hi

So it looks like intercepts aren't working.

If you look in the Extended Networking->Port Security, choose "Lan connections to the internet", do you see a bunch of redirect entries?

Which version of WinGate are you using? We had a report of one version where intercepts didn't work in some cases.
