There is a way to change the location of the IMAP folder?
From "C:\" to "D:\".

You'd need to edit the registry and restart the engine. So, make sure you have the appropriate registry backups / system restore points / etc.
Then go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Qbik Software\WinGate\Settings\Mail
Change the:
MailRoot
value to where you want the mail folders to live.

But when I change the folder, all the clients receive a prompt ask the user and password and not connect.
There is a way to stop it to happens?

Hi Bernoldi,
We have just tested this and it works fine. Please check if you have done the following.
You need to create the folder you want your mailroot changed too, in your D:\ drive. Changing the registry will not automatically create the directory for you.
You need to copy everything in the Mail folder, which contains the users profile from the C:\Program Files\WinGate\Mail location to the new folder on the D:\ location.

Is the username & password prompt from Windows or WinGate.
If it's from Windows it could be a permissions issue on that drive/folder/share.
