We have a problem to accessing WEB DVR from client through wingate
--> WEB DVR, are you saying Web Digital Video Recorder?
--> So you have a LAN Client, who is trying to connect to a WEB DVR on the internet; correct?
--> What program displays the WEB DVR on the client? IE / Windows Media Player?

We already open port required, and we can access WEB DVR from the pc running wingate but we cannot access from client.
--> Usually no ports would need to be opened if the LAN Client is initiating the connection. Can you please explain what you opened and where it is redirecting too?
--> What connection method is the LAN client using to connect to the WEB DVR? TCP Mapping / ENS / Proxy / NAT / WinGate Internet Client (WGIC)

*You may just need to put a default gateway on the LAN Clients network card; it should be set to the address on the internal side of the WinGate server.

First firewall custome active on ENS.
According to manual we have to open port TCP 1053,1054,3001,8080,8081,8083,8084,8085, 8090. We already did on ENS firewal but we cannot access that web from client, we use nat for accessing web. An other thing when we disable wingate firewall we can access the web succesfully. Please advice wich setting was wrong when firewall active.

FYI the webs not same network with client, the web is on internet.

1. Make sure your network adapters have been detected correctly; as detailed in section 2 of this knowledge base article:
http://support.qbik.com/index.php?_a=kn ... ils&_i=123

2. When you say "we have to open port TCP 1053,1054,3001,8080,8081,8083,8084,8085, 8090"

I presume you are opening them in the firewall section "Connections from the Internet"? Because with LAN Connections to the Internet, by default, the "Default Action" is "Allow" and hence no opening are needed; as shown in the image below.

I also presume that those ports only need to be mapped to the WinGate server, and not redirected to a LAN Client.
