VISA processing problem

I'm trying to buy WinGate license and getting 'DECLINED' error during processing of my VISA card. I've bougt one license (for home use) about a month ago and had no problems that time.
I've called my bank and support team told me that authorization request from BNZ (bank that serves WinGate online purchase form) doesn't contain CVV.
Please correct this, because I need to get WinGate license as soon as possible, trial has expired and at Monday I will have huge problems with our 10 Internet and e-mail users.

Hi Denis

I've chased this up with our bank - their system doesn't support CVV. We
ve been on to them about their system for years, but they are a bank, and banks don't move quickly.

Is there another card you can use issued by another bank for this transaction?
