How can I send messeges to my Win Gate Users

Hi all, i have a Local Network and i am using a proxy server with a Win Gate software, i wanna ask if there is a possiblity to send a messege to a serious IP or user?

Unless the client machines run WGIC client software - you can't (in general). Probably your best bet would be using "net send" command.

How can I use the net send command, and is it working good under Win SP2

1- Does it working on WIN SP2
2- Does it working in case if I have a workgroup network
3- Can you give an Example how to do that
