Do you have Windows firewalls activated?

Are you attempting to ping the master node (Where WinGate VPN is installed) or one of the client machines behind the master node?

If it is a client machine, you need to ensure that they know how to route responses back to the remote endpoint. This can be done by either:

* Setting their default gateways to point at their vpn master node
* Installing the RIPv2 client and ensuring the learned routes are broadcast
* Setting a static route on each client to direct traffic for the remote network through their vpn master node.
